Du kannst Deinen alten Vertrag aber auch nach Ablauf der Vertragslaufzeit und K\u00fcndigungsfrist selbst beenden.<\/p>\n<p>Beachte, dass Du ein Sonderk\u00fcndigungsrecht hast, wenn Dein Anbieter Preisanpassungen in Deinem Vertrag ank\u00fcndigt. Dieses Recht musst Du allerdings selbst einfordern. Dein neuer Anbieter muss Dir eine leicht verst\u00e4ndliche Zusammenfassung aller Vertragsdetails \u00fcbermitteln \u2013 inklusive Preisangaben, Laufzeiten und K\u00fcndigungsfristen.<\/p>\n<p>Du hast ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen. Zudem darf kein Anbieter ohne Deine ausdr\u00fcckliche Einwilligung Werbeanrufe t\u00e4tigen. Telefonisch abgeschlossene Vertr\u00e4ge gelten nur dann, wenn Du ein schriftliches Angebot best\u00e4tigst.<\/p>\n<p>Auch bei Teilbetragszahlungen und Preis\u00e4nderungen bist Du gesch\u00fctzt: Jede Preiserh\u00f6hung muss rechtzeitig im Voraus angek\u00fcndigt werden \u2013 inklusive Hinweis auf Dein Sonderk\u00fcndigungsrecht. Wenn Du Deine Energierechnungen \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Zeit nicht bezahlst, darf Dein Energieversorger tats\u00e4chlich Strom oder Gas abschalten. Dabei gelten jedoch klare gesetzliche Vorgaben, die Dich sch\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Bevor es zu einer Abschaltung kommen darf, muss der Anbieter Dich mindestens zwei Mal mahnen \u2013 und zwar mit jeweils einer Zahlungsfrist von mindestens zwei Wochen. Au\u00dferdem muss die letzte Mahnung per Einschreiben verschickt werden und eine konkrete Androhung der Abschaltung enthalten.
